About me

Born in Washington D.C. in 1988, moved to Boise, Idaho at age 13 and studied Music Composition at The College of Idaho (2006-2010). During my years in The College of Idaho, I intimiately studied the music of Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninoff, which lead to a 6 month study period in St. Petersburg (2008). Finishing my undergraduate studies with a dissertation on Tchaikovsky, I set out to study compositions Goldsmiths, University of London. In Goldsmiths, I privately studied with composer Dmitri Smirnov--who immensely helped me develop my voice in my compositions. Having finished my studies, I have been working on works to be performed by musicians in London, Delph, and Helsinki.

Additional Skills

I am a proficient sight-reader on the piano, and can learn any sort of repertoire for concerts.

Additional Information

Among writing music for friends, I have also written competitions for festivals such as the Sodorha Festival in Antwerp, the Cabrillo Festival, and the Delius Festival in London.

I am eager to write and let my creativity come out in any collaboration available. I have a passion for music and the arts, and am excited to work with you.
